Your mission
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the E-Discovery Commercial Director will play a critical role in driving revenue in Johnson Hana. We have a capable and well-designed E-Discovery offering, your role as the E-Discovery Commercial Director will be to ensure revenue growth from new clients and upsell existing clients. The E-Discovery Commercial Director will also be expected to build partnerships with law firms and targeted companies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of E-Discovery processes, technology, and services, coupled with a proven track record of success in sales within the E-Discovery sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the E-Discovery sector by selling both E-Discovery services and E-Discovery Technologies solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our E-Discovery services and technology solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing ongoing training and support to the sales team.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Generate pipeline from Sales outreach, leveraging your own network & partnering with marketing on pipeline generation activities.
- Run end-to-end sales cycles with new logos and existing client opportunities.
- Close >€2m in Revenue per annum.
