E-Discovery Commercial Director

Your mission

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the E-Discovery Commercial Director will play a critical role in driving revenue in Johnson Hana. We have a capable and well-designed E-Discovery offering, your role as the E-Discovery Commercial Director will be to ensure revenue growth from new clients and upsell existing clients. The E-Discovery Commercial Director will also be expected to build partnerships with law firms and targeted companies. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of E-Discovery processes, technology, and services, coupled with a proven track record of success in sales within the E-Discovery sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the E-Discovery sector by selling both E-Discovery services and E-Discovery Technologies solutions. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our E-Discovery services and technology solutions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing ongoing training and support to the sales team.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Generate pipeline from Sales outreach, leveraging your own network & partnering with marketing on pipeline generation activities.
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles with new logos and existing client opportunities.
  • Close >€2m in Revenue per annum.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Discovery sales
  • Deep understanding of E-Discovery processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
