Your mission
As a Project Delivery Analyst at Johnson Hana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each of our projects run smoothly from beginning to end. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of experienced project managers and legal professionals to handle essential tasks such as client and consultant onboarding and offboarding; project and financial reporting and various other tasks as required.
This role offers the ability to gain experience at the heart of project and operations management under the guidance of our experienced delivery team and significant opportunity for progression to more technical delivery roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete common project tasks in line with documented processes such as issuing contracts, organising for IT onboarding and updating of various record keeping systems.
- Assist in the monitoring of project progress and financial position through preparation of status reports, reconciliation of timesheet entries and initial preparation of invoices.
- Own other delivery-related tasks which may arise such as data analysis, document scanning, printing, and arranging couriers as needed.
- Maintain organized records and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks that enhance overall delivery efficiency.
