As the New Business Director at Johnson Hana, your sole focus will be identifying, cultivating, and closing €6M+ in annual revenue through large, multi-year Managed Legal Services (MLS) contracts. This senior individual contributor role demands a strategic and proactive approach to developing business relationships and positioning Johnson Hana as the go-to partner for outsourced commercial contracting and data privacy solutions.

- Proactively meet with General Counsels, Heads of Legal, and other senior executives at enterprise-level organizations to understand their challenges and present tailored MLS solutions.
- Schedule meetings and attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to connect with potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential prospects, industries, and companies ripe for MLS solutions.
- Leverage your existing network of senior legal professionals to secure warm introductions and referrals.
- Initiate targeted outreach campaigns, including personalized emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages, to generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling content campaigns and ABM campaigns that resonate with legal decision-makers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with complementary service providers to uncover joint opportunities.
- Host exclusive, high-touch events (e.g., executive dinners or roundtables) tailored to senior legal professionals.
- Build relationships with industry associations, legal tech providers, and consulting firms to identify referral opportunities.
- Monitor news and trends to identify businesses undergoing changes (e.g., mergers, compliance needs) that may require MLS solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, conducting discovery sessions to uncover pain points, presenting bespoke solutions, leading negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of €10M+ in potential opportunities to ensure consistent deal flow and attainment of annual targets.
- Stay ahead of industry developments, including legal innovation, ALSP trends, and regulatory changes, to position Johnson Hana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
