Your mission
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing all financial activities while driving the company’s growth strategy. With a focus on financial leadership, planning, and operational excellence. We are currently experiencing hyper growth and the CFO will play a key role in navigating that growth. This role will involve leading financial reporting, business planning, leading operations, and M&A activities, while also serving as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team in strategic decision-making.

Strategic Leadership and Accountability
- Drive cross-functional alignment across all departments, ensuring that leaders are accountable for delivering high-quality outputs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary internal link between all functions, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead the standardization of performance and output across all teams, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and adherence to company values and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to define, implement, and monitor strategic priorities and operational goals.
- Serve as the final point of escalation for resolving operational bottlenecks.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring technology supports scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring optimal working environments that align with the organization’s culture and operational needs.
- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices to drive efficiency and support scalability across all business units.
- Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring resilience against operational disruptions.
Financial Leadership
- Own and drive the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives and operational priorities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management, providing actionable insights and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.
- Partner with department heads to ensure cost optimization and effective allocation of resources.
- Develop and refine pricing models and margin analysis to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting to the CEO, board, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory standards, including corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee and lead company-wide risk management efforts, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the SteerCo representative for finance and operations, contributing to key decisions with strategic and financial insights.
- Prepare board materials and lead presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment with governance expectations.
Growth and Strategic Initiatives
- Lead the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Oversee market expansion and diversification initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Identify and assess new revenue opportunities, collaborating with business development teams to explore and execute growth strategies.
