Your mission
As a New Business Director at Johnson Hana, you will be responsible for driving €2M+ in annual revenue through the acquisition of new business in the UK and Irish markets. This senior-level individual contributor role is focused on expanding our commercial footprint in and beyond Ireland, with a primary emphasis on e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions. You will own the full sales process—from generating leads to negotiating and closing contracts—targeting senior legal decision-makers.
Your remit will be critical in driving managed services growth in one of our most strategically important markets. You’ll leverage your knowledge of ALSP or legal tech sales, established client relationships, and strong commercial instincts to position Johnson Hana as the go-to partner for scalable legal solutions.

- Execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy targeting senior legal executives, including General Counsels and Heads of Legal, to generate €2M+ in new UK-based business annually.
- Focus sales efforts on e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions, aligned to Johnson Hana’s platform capabilities and market opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and longer decision timelines.
- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless handoff to internal teams once the contract is secured.
- Lead high-impact meetings and presentations, positioning Johnson Hana’s managed legal services as essential tools for solving modern legal challenges.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales channels to nurture and convert leads into new clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the legal sector, staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure contracts are signed, delivering revenue results in line with your €2M+ target.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met post-contract and that Johnson Hana’s solutions are positioned effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date and robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.
