Reporting to the Director of Talent and working closely with Delivery Function Leaders, you will be responsible for securing the right legal talent quickly and effectively to meet client needs.
This is a fast-paced, commercially important role where your ability to interpret complex project briefs and match them with high-calibre consultants will directly impact client success. You'll bring deep legal recruitment experience, ideally from a competitor or a legal recruitment agency, and be highly motivated by making strategic matches that drive outcomes. You’ll be part of a dynamic and growing business, helping shape the future of legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Talent and Delivery Leaders to understand project needs and translate them into clear consultant requirements.
- Identify, source, and place legal consultants into client engagements, ensuring a strong fit with both the brief and client culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your portfolio, from candidate outreach to offer and onboarding.
- Leverage your network and sourcing strategies to find high-quality consultants, particularly for specialised legal roles.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our talent management systems, ensuring data accuracy for placements and availability.
- Act as a point of contact for consultants' pre-engagement, ensuring readiness and alignment with the scope of work.
- Support consultant engagement while on the panel, keeping them warm and informed.
- Contribute to maintaining a high consultant-to-project hit rate and retention rate.
- Bring market insights to influence sourcing strategy and pipeline development.
